"Throw Light On" was a curatorial effort by Noelle Whitaker, fka Hannah Whitaker, and Ren Ta. Recently graduated from Arizona State University's printmaking program, both artists employed stream-of-consciousness print production to explore what it means to “be”.

Interconnectivity and “oneness” are at the core of this exploration. Ta grapples with what it means to be a spiritually autonomous Vietnamese American; while Whitaker relies on a combination of object and image to piece together blocked-out memories, childhood experiences and self.
